Ordering & Payment

  • For online orders, we accept major credit cards and Apple Pay through our secure checkout. For pickup orders, we accept cash, credit card (tap to pay), and Apple Pay. We do not accept checks.

Helium Balloons & Care

  • Yes, we offer helium balloons in various sizes, including latex and mylar/foil balloons.

  • We use Hi-Float, a premium balloon treatment that protects and preserves helium. Helium-filled latex balloons typically last 12–15 hours, while mylar/foil balloons can last several days. For longer float time, please keep balloons out of direct sunlight, extreme hot or cold temperatures, and away from vents.

  • Yes, outdoor conditions such as heat, wind, humidity, and sunlight can affect balloons, causing faster oxidation, which changes their appearance and float time. For best results, we recommend placing balloons in shaded areas and ensuring they are properly weighted.
