Helium Fill Up

Helium fill-up includes outside balloons to be filled with balloon string. And assembled into customer choice to bundle in bouquets.

Fee is $3.00 per balloon under 30” inches. 32” inches and up is $5.00. Also replacement of balloons (if in stock) for a $1.00 additional fee to the order.
