Orders are not considered confirmed until deposit or payment has been received.

Butterr Up Balloons - reserves the right to decline or cancel orders that remain unpaid within the agreed timeframe.

Accepted payment methods will be provided during the order confirmation process.

Due to the customized nature of our products and services, all sales are final.

However, Balloon Credits may be issued in certain circumstances at the discretion of Butterr Up Balloons.

Balloon Credits

Approved credits will:

• Be issued as store credit for future purchases
  
  

• Be valid until December 31 of the same calendar year
  
  

• Not be redeemable for cash or refunds
  
  

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under limited circumstances. All refund decisions are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery and setup services are available for an additional fee based on distance and order size.

Delivery fees will be calculated once the delivery address is provided.

Customers must ensure that:

• The delivery location is accessible
  
  

• Someone or a secured enclosed location is available to receive the order if required
  
  

Butterr Up Balloons is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, restricted access, or unavailable recipients.

Balloon decor installed outdoors is subject to environmental conditions such as heat, wind, humidity, and direct sunlight. While we use professional techniques and materials, Butterr Up Balloons cannot guarantee the lifespan of balloons placed outdoors.

Due to the additional preparation, materials, and reinforcement required for outdoor setups, an outside service fee of 4–8% may be applied to outdoor installations. This fee helps ensure the décor is properly secured and prepared for outdoor conditions.

Balloons are temporary decorative products and should be handled with care.

Butterr Up Balloons is not responsible for damage, popping, or deflation after balloons have been:

• Delivered

• Picked up

• Installed
  

Proper care is required to maintain the quality of the balloon décor.

At Butterr Up Balloons, each order is carefully scheduled and prepared to ensure the best experience for our customers.

Because many of our balloon designs and event installations are customized and reserved specifically for your event date, the following policy applies:

Cancellations

• All sales are final once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received.
  
  

• In the event of a cancellation, refunds will not be issued.
  
  

• Depending on the circumstances, store credit (Balloon Credit) may be issued at the discretion of Butterr Up Balloons.
  
  

• Approved credits must be used within the same calendar year (valid until December 31).
  
  

Event Date Changes / Rescheduling

• Requests to change an event date must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled event date.
  
  

• Date changes are subject to availability.
  
  

• If Butterr Up Balloons is unable to accommodate the new date, the order will remain non-refundable, but store credit may be considered at management’s discretion.
  
  

We appreciate your understanding, as this policy helps us maintain scheduling and preparation for all of our customers’ events.

Certain balloon installations may require the use of rental equipment, including but not limited to balloon stands, frames, arches, backdrops, or display structures.

Customers agree to the following when renting equipment from Butterr Up Balloons:

• All rental equipment remains the property of Butterr Up Balloons.
  
  

• Equipment must remain in the condition it was delivered or installed.
  
  

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that rental items are not moved, mishandled, or damaged during the event.
  
  

If any rental equipment is lost, stolen, damaged, or not returned, the client will be responsible for the repair or full replacement cost of the item.

Butterr Up Balloons reserves the right to charge the payment method on file or invoice the client for any damages or replacement costs.

This policy helps ensure that our equipment remains safe and available for future events.

By placing an order with Butterr Up Balloons, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
